Serving as the VP of Enterprise Transformation at ESG, Testa oversees the ESG Transformers, which includes the HR, Marketing, Training, IT, CI, Admin., Quality and EHS departments. Testa also serves as an Executive Sponsor for 3rd Eye and Soft-Pak.
Testa joined ESG in May 2013, as VP of Human Resources where she transformed the HR function from reactive, administrative service to a network of strategic business partners focused on increasing revenue by driving and accelerating change management efforts. She led people efforts through three acquisitions and multiple footprint consolidations. Testa is the creator behind a number of novel approaches that ESG has taken to attract, train and retain talent in Digital Age including Nexteligence™ Connected Tech to train Technicians in the waste industry, the Welding Apprenticeship and Top Gun Programs to train welders in house, the Greenhouse and Greenhouse LEAD programs to “grow” talent internally, and Team Terra Care to provide concierge medical care to Team Members and their families at Heil and Marathon.
Prior to ESG, Testa served in several international roles at Johnson Electric including GM of Corporate HR based in China, Director of HR Europe, and Director of Americas. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH and is a licensed Attorney. She also holds her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
Testa is a wife and proud mother of three. She and her husband parented 20 + foster children before having biological children. After moving back to the States, she moved on to a working farm with horses, pigs, and goats. The family has since downsized to two beautiful Great Pyrenees rescue dogs.
