Carrie Miller is the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for leading the HR department at WCA, with a focus on developing and executing talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits/compensation strategies that represent WCA’s culture and values. She has proven experience in overseeing HR programs and organizational initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the company.
Carrie has 20 years of HR Management experience with 13 years in leadership roles. Prior to joining WCA, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Key Energy Services in Houston, Texas, where she directed an organization of over 20 employees in all facets of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she worked in a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Non-Profits and Technology.
Carrie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Psychology from Alaska Pacific University.
