Founder and Executive Director of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association, a national trade association representing the recyclers of construction waste and demolition debris. The 25-year-old association promotes recycling and reuse, and provides an information exchange on the practice of recycling concrete, asphalt, gypsum, wood, and asphalt shingles, among other related materials. He advocates on behalf of C&D recyclers. He is the only person working nationally to represent the viewpoints of C&D recyclers to federal, state and local regulatory and legislative personnel
