Andy Moss has been in the New York City waste industry since 2002 starting out with IESI NY Corporation on the business development side of the business and eventually moving over to government and regulatory affairs. Andy has been with Waste Connections since 2016 and has worked closely with many City and State Agencies often testifying in front of legislative and regulatory bodies on issues impacting the waste and recycling industry. He has served on the New York City Department of Sanitation’s Advisory Council for Commercial Waste Zone implantation and the New York City Business Integrity Commission’s Advisory Board. Andy is the President of both the New York City and New York State Chapter of the National Waste and Recycling Association. Prior to his time in the Waste Industry, he was a Special Counsel in the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University and a law degree from Fordham University. Sessions
