Mr. Stutz, P.E. has 24 years of experience in air quality and landfill gas studies. Mr. Stutz has a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering and is a register professional engineering in 13 states.
Professional experience includes serving as an instructor in air pollution courses for the Center of Environmental Research and Training at The University of Texas at Arlington. As principal with Weaver Consultants Group and manages the landfill gas and air quality service groups. He works closely with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies on landfill gas and air permitting rule development and he also serves as an expert witness for the solid waste industry.
Mr. Stutz is an active member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) were he serves as the Vice-Chair on the LFG Rules and Regulations Committee. He is also an active member and Chairman for the North Texas Chapter of Air and Waste Management Association.
