Mr. Rosica is a Managing Principal with A. E. Rosica & Co., Inc. (AER&CO), a specialized investment banking and financial advisory firm serving domestic and international clients in the environmental industry. Mr. Rosica has extensive experience valuing businesses and advising clients on smaller middle market M&A and capital formation transactions and strategies.

Mr. Rosica holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, and has studied nuclear and environmental engineering at Drexel University and business administration at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
