With over 40 years of experience, Rock Payne has a strong operational, financial, management and executive background in the waste management industry. Since 2005, Rock has provided consulting & advisory services to independent haulers, landfill operators and recyclers through operational analysis, introduction of programs and strategies to achieve operational improvements, cost structure reductions, revenue enhancements, growth and divestitures and acquisitions. Formerly, he was a co-founder, chief executive officer and president of a waste disposal company catering to the trucked liquid waste industry. Rock was also president, chief operating officer, director and co-founders of a publicly traded integrated waste company with a market capitalization in excess of $225 Million. Prior, he was employed with Waste Management, Inc.; Browning Ferris Industries and Waste Resources. A graduate of Columbus College, Rock also attended Auburn University’s Master of Business Administration program. He has served as a director on the board of three companies in the waste and environmental industries. Rock has been a member of numerous waste industry organizations and has previously served as the Vice Chair of the National Waste & Recycling Association’s Board of Governors as well on its Executive Committee.Sessions
