Thomas Brooks is an experienced leader in technology development with extensive experience in aerospace, industrial, bio-medical, and automotive industries working with companies like Cummins Inc, American Airlines and US Departments (DOD, DOE and DARPA). He joined Bulk Handling Systems in 2014 as the Engineering manager for NRT and while holding various positions in BHS he currently serves as CTO for the BHS family of companies. As CTO, Thomas is responsible for leading a global team to implement meaningful long-term technology solving the most challenging problems and barriers which limit circular economy and zero waste. He holds numerous patents and lead the BHS team to introduce one of the first commercially available AI driven robotic sorting systems, MAX AI AQC. Thomas holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics. Thomas was recently named a Waste360 40 Under 40 award winner for 2020.Sessions
