Kate Bailey is the Policy and Research Director for Eco-Cycle, based in Boulder, Colorado. Eco-Cycle is one of the oldest and largest non-profit recycling organizations in the world and has 45 years of hands-on experience creating and operating recycling programs. Kate is a national expert on recycling infrastructure, policies and programs, and works with local governments, state legislators, and consumer goods companies to advance Zero Waste solutions. She is also a founding member of AMBR, the Alliance for Mission-Based Recyclers, which works to advance authentic solutions to improve recycling and reduce plastic waste.
