Profile

Vernon Mosley serves as a GETS/WPS/TSP Priority Services Area Representative (PAR) supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to enhance awareness of their priority service programs for eligible stakeholders. Vern was the former Chief Engineer for the Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) and Wireless Priority Service (WPS) programs where he was responsible for directing the engineering, deployment, and sustainment of the nationwide communications services supporting the United States’ National Security and Emergency Preparedness missions. Vern retired in 2018 from the Federal Communications Commission’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) where he was the Senior Cybersecurity Engineer.
