Profile

With over ten years of experience in customer service and the solid waste and site services industry, Chad brings a passion for analytics and continuous improvement to ZTERS. Before earning his JD and master’s degree, Chad threw trash on a residential route, worked on route audits, and took calls in the customer service department for Allied Waste and Republic Service. He has spent the last ten years working for ZTERS to continually improve and expand on the customer care and services ZTERS offers through training, automation, and data analytics.
