As a CPI professional Rob excelled in implementing projects that resulted in improved quality, safety and production while decreasing company costs. He is passionate about facilitating teams through rapid improvement workshops where the front-line employees develop their own processes / activities. Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Plattsburgh in New York.
