Profile

After graduating from OSU technical school, Ray started his career as a technician. With hard work and dedication, he moved into several shop management positions for Ryder Truck Rental at district/regional levels. In 1995, he went on to work for Volvo Trucks as a powertrain support specialist, and in 1998, he got into national accounts for refuse as a dedicated fleet service manager. In 2014, he moved to director of national accounts – service, and today, he has a great team of eight working with all the major refuse accounts in the U.S. Starting in 2021, his responsibilities will also cover Electromobility BEV vehicles for both brands.
