Profile

Heather leads a world-class team at ESG focused on the best practices of candidate experience, employee experience, and leader experience utilizing her forward-looking and technology-leveraging approach in employee relations, talent and leadership development, workforce planning and succession, talent acquisition, communications, HRIS and analytics, total rewards, legal and compliance, payroll, and immigration.
Prior to ESG, Heather’s professional experience spanned global industries in power generation and Tier 1 automotive with Alstom, General Electric, DENSO, and TRW/Koyo.
Heather obtained her MBA from Auburn University and her BS in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. Heather has been married to her college sweetheart, Derrall, for 20 years, and they have two children – Zoe (17) and Ella Claire (13).
