Sean Wine oversees the Operations of Clean Energy Renewables (“CER”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Energy. In this capacity Sean directs a team of sales, compliance, and operations personnel focused on growing CER’s renewable natural gas (“RNG”) business, in addition to working closely with Clean Energy’s leadership team on carbon reduction strategies.
Throughout his tenure, Sean has successfully developed a multitude of natural gas implementation programs in various markets throughout the Western U.S. Included among these was the installation of over 75 natural gas fueling station and expansion projects, two food-waste anaerobic digester stations, and supplying some of the very first RNG sold in California as a transportation fuel.
Mr. Wine’s recent focus has been managing CER’s obligations under California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (“LCFS”), Clean Energy’s AB32 Cap and Trade requirements, and supporting the dairy and solid waste industries comply with California’s SB-1383, Short-Lived Climate Pollutants bill.
