Kathryn E. Bender, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business and Economics at Allegheny College. Her research in environmental and experimental economics focuses on consumer behavior, food management and waste, and agricultural marketing. She holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Economics from Centre College.
