Rachel Ashworth started with the Casella team in 2009 with time spent in both customer service and roll off sales followed by participation in the company’s internal Operations Manager Trainee Program. From there she became the Operations Manager for the Southern Maine Scarborough hauling division for 2.5 years running a crew of 45+ drivers and 60+ trucks. Once the newly constructed MRF in Lewiston Maine was built in 2014 she became the General Manager for the facility as well as taking on the general management duties for the Scarborough Industrial Recycling facility in 2016. Her time was spent between the two facilities. In 2020 Rachel contributed to Casella’s Industrial Operations on a national scale later becoming the Director of Industrial Solutions by mid-year. She now oversees 60+ employees nationally with more than $34 million in revenue.
