TJ (Thomas) Troiano has been in the industry over 25 years starting on the back of a truck as a young boy and working his way up through all aspects of the company to his current C.O.O. position. He currently manages 95+ employees encompassing 2 Divisions and 1 transfer station. Each Division offers long haul hauling, roll-off, front load, rear load, transfer station, portable toilets and septic services. TJ also owns and operates a towing service to create a dynamic family business. TJ has been part of many committees working with local, state and federal governments on industry issues and laws. TJ is Chapter Chairman of the Northern New England Chapter of NW&RA, services on the Board of Governors for the NW&RA, a member of NW&RA and the Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA).
