Profile

Bernie brings to the Rochem Americas team deep experience in waste management and landfill operation. He holds a Degree in Biological Sciences with an Emphasis in Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Engineering, and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University. Early in his career, Bernie built his understanding of engineering and environmental sciences through positions of increasing responsibility within consulting firms and over 25 years with Waste Management.. He also has held landfill management positions at Republic Services and Casella Waste Systems since 2009, he has worked with companies that became Rochem Americas, building his understanding of membrane filtration systems for managing landfill leachate.
