Mr. Cassin started in the industry in 1984 as a college intern working with the M&A team at BFI. From BFI, he joined a new start-up company known as Sanifill which eventually merged with USA Waste and then Waste Management. As VP of Business Development, his responsibilities include company valuations, acquisitions, divestitures, contract negotiations, real estate transactions and 3rd party disposal opportunities. Mr. Cassin has completed over 400 M&A transactions during his career.
