Paul is a third-generation farmer and partner at Parreira Almond Processing and RPAC Almonds. A California Ag Leadership Alumnus, his career in the agriculture industry spans four decades and includes experience in both crop and livestock management. Paul currently oversees business development, sustainability, and innovation and is involved with a number of industry start-up companies as well as almond co-product research.
