For over 20 years, Kendra Sherman has advised public and private waste companies located throughout the US on environmental compliance, transactional and permitting matters, appeals, environmental litigation and defense of environmental tort claims and citizen suit challenges. Kendra’s legal practice encompasses all areas of environmental law. She represents a broad spectrum of clients, including waste management and environmental services companies, metals, mining, iron and steel, chemical companies, real estate developers and public law clients, including cities and villages. She has represented several landfills in litigation cases, federal and state enforcement actions, administrative proceedings, and transactional matters. Kendra has appeared before a wide range of federal and state courts and administrative tribunals in Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Washington DC.
