Jaclyn R. Hill is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Patriots Organics LLC, based in Conroe, Texas and New York City. The company designs, manufactures and operates on-site food waste disposal systems and is poised to expand into the organic’s management and reuse market offering blended soil amendments and compost feeds. Patriot also custom formulates microbial compositions used as inoculants for the company’s liquefier process. Ms. Hill was raised in the waste industry until she ran away from home and joined the Army. After seven years of active duty and a tour in Afghanistan she returned home to Conroe, Texas, where she currently resides and became a principal in the family waste business. Jaclyn is grooming her daughter Aliyah to carry the torch in the family waste business – making this the fourth generation in the industry.
