Profile

Brian Gilhuly is an entrepreneur and investment professional, having developed and lead companies in energy, healthcare, real estate and media. Brian’s current passion is waste-to-value and clean energy to significantly reduce our collective carbon footprint. Prior to the founding of RePower, Brian worked on the development and commercialization of the ReEF fuel technology now owned by RePower. Previously, Brian developed and served as chief operating officer of SAMI Health, a healthcare and risk management technology company founded in partnership with the Yale New Haven Health Systems and sold to public consulting company, Navigant. Brian is a graduate of Providence College with distinction, a member of the Finance Committee of the University School of the Lowcountry, and an active volunteer in the local community.
