Shweta is a passionate, business focused, strategic HR leader with experiences in global, multi-billion-dollar companies across diverse industries like environmental services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and distribution. In her current role at WM, she is leading the strategy, design and execution of the company’s Talent Management, Leadership Development and Learning & Development functions (~135 team members), ensuring that talent is a strategic lever for the business. Shweta started her HR career in the Talent Acquisition and has had a steadily progressive career in high impact roles in Field, Corporate as well as in Business Partnership and Centers of Excellence. Prior to WM, she led the HR function and developed a long-term business driven, talent strategy as the VP of HR for Silver Eagle Distributors. Shweta earned her Bachelors in Commerce (Business) from Mumbai University. She has two Masters from Michigan State University in Organizational Communication and Human Resources & Labor Relations.Sessions
