Carl has worked in the solid waste industry his entire career, beginning at his family’s hauling company which his father started in St. Louis, Missouri in 1949. Following the acquisition of Pezold Hauling by Waste Management in 1986, Carl held the role of District Maintenance Manager responsible for fleet maintenance and maximizing vehicle uptime. Carl was later promoted to Waste Management’s Regional Maintenance Manager for its Midwest Region overseeing fleet maintenance initiatives for multiple operating sites. After 14 successful years at WM, Carl shifted to equipment manufacturing joining Labrie Equipment’s Service Department and in 2011 Carl joined Scranton Manufacturing and the New Way Trucks team as Field Service Manager. As New Way’s Field Service Manager, Carl oversees a team of field service technicians responsible for providing technical support, training, and urgent service to New Way’s Distributor network and end users for New Way’s complete line up of refuse collection vehicles.Sessions
