The Waste360 Food Recovery Forum is where you can learn ways to solve the social and environmental issues of wasted food as well as means to profit from the recovery and reuse of food waste.
Food Recovery Forum sessions run Monday, May 9 - Wednesday, May 11 as one of WasteExpo's topical tracks. 

One person’s trash may be another person’s treasure, particularly when it comes to food waste. At this time, the need to prevent, reduce, recover and reuse food waste has never been greater.
