Family-run for four generations, E.L. Harvey & Sons was purchased in September 2021 by Waste Connections, Inc. In this session, Worthing Jackman, CEO of Waste Connections, and Ben Harvey, president of E.L. Harvey & Sons, will discuss the merger and acquisition (M&A) process from both sides of the table and what it took to make the deal happen in a Q&A format. Jackman will also address various structural factors from the point of view of the buyer.
