Will Herzog joined Machinex in 2017 and is based in Arizona. Herzog’s role with Machinex is to develop sorting systems solutions with customers, providing the latest technologies on the market. He ensures customers’ satisfaction while supporting them in their future needs. Herzog has over 28 years of business experience in the recycling, construction, and real estate industries with a background in finance and strategic planning. Will joined Hudson Baylor in 2002, and led the company’s growth initiatives until its sale to ReCommunity. During this time, Hudson Baylor more than doubled its municipal processing capabilities, including major capital investments into MRF processing facilities to add capacity and modernize operations. In 2009, he relocated to Arizona to oversee plant operations for the company’s 5 MRFs, while continuing his business development role. Following the acquisition of Hudson Baylor by ReCommunity in 2012, he continued to focus on business development in the Western US.Sessions
