Profile

Charlie is the director of packaging sustainability at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), where he oversees the company’s progress toward the company’s packaging sustainability goals and manages external sustainable packaging and recycling partnerships. Prior to Keurig Dr Pepper, Charlie held positions in development with The Recycling Partnership, general management with Unifi, and sustainability with Amcor. Charlie holds degrees in business, engineering, and environmental science from the University of Michigan and currently lives with his family in North Carolina.
