Robert Black has 21 years of experience in the solid waste industry and 18 with the City of Grand Rapids, Mich. A driver first, Robert is now a department supervisor. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in criminal justice. Robert helped launch a successful commercial collection service in the City and was a project member for the "Feet on the Street" program.
