Brittany McPeak is a Sustainability Project Coordinator with the City of Orlando where she oversees the commercial and residential food waste recycling and prevention programs. Before joining the City of Orlando, she worked in the food and beverage sector of the hotel industry for five years. She uses her experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry to challenge the industry norms of food waste and to promote a zero-waste lifestyle.
