Kevin has been leading Recology's safety efforts for the past 2 years after working 14 years in the rail industry, first with Union Pacific Railroad as Manager of Track Maintenance and most recently with U.S. Department of Transportation - Federal Railroad Administration where he served as an inspector, subject matter expert on track safety standards, Deputy Regional Administrator for California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona, and finally Deputy Staff Director for Track where he oversaw all track inspection activity for the country.
