Scott has served as General Manager for GreenWaste of Palo Alto for the last 13 years helping to create a safe and extremely successful overall operations. Scott (GreenWaste of PA) have partnered with the City of Palo Alto to take a forward position in meeting and exceeding the cities goals related to the Sustainability and Climate action plan by reducing excess routes, implementing mandatory recycling and composting programs, and the successful move to Zero emission collection vehicles. The Palo Alto fleet currently consists of 4 fully electric collection vehicles with the remainder of the fleet being fueled by CNG.
Prior to GreenWaste of Palo Alto Scott spent 15 years in the Silicon Valley’s technology industry at Navteq (Nokia and HERE) as well as TeleAtlas (TomTom) as a leader and innovator in the in-vehicle Navigation and digital mapping industry. Scott has served on several ISO committee's as well as ITS America (Intelligent Transportation Society) working on ADAS (Advanced driver assistance systems) technologies.
