Faith serves as Vice President of Sierra Container Group with 17 years of combined service provider and supplier experience within the Solid Waste and Recycling Industry. She is focused on key account management and developing meaningful relationships with her customers, industry partners and volunteering to give back. She has been a member of the NWRA Women’s Council for 11 years, has proudly served as Fundraising Chair (3 years) and as President in 2020 and 2021. She was recently elected to the 2022 NWRA Supplier Board of Governors as an alternate, actively serves on the NWRA National Membership Committee and enjoys working with state chapters. She has a passion for developing as a Servant Leader and has earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Her proudest role is being a mom, is supported by her amazing family and spends most weekends watching her son play 12U travel baseball. Sessions
