Portia Sinnott has served as Zero Waste USA’s Program Director since 2011. She co-developed many of ZWUSA’s programs including Compostable Organics Out of Landfill Now (COOLNow!), the Save the Albatross Coalition and the Zero Waste Associate Certification Program. She is also Vice President of the Northern California Recycling Association and Co-Founder and Executive Director of Zero Waste Action – Sonoma County and Community Bikes.
