Cassie Snow is a part of the Social Impact & Sustainability team at MGM Resorts International. In her role as Sustainability Manager she supports the development, management and execution of programs that engage, educate and excite corporate groups, leisure travelers and employee base around Sustainability, including the identification of strategies and best practices to reduce the environmental impacts of the company. She supports operational programs to manage waste and material diversion across 15 Las Vegas resorts to successfully divert an average of 50,000 tons annually from landfill. Cassie holds a B.S. in Meeting and Event Management from the William F Harrah College of Hospitality at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduate certificate from University of Michigan in Sustainable Development. She is the Chapter Chair of Climate Reality Project Las Vegas and is also a mentor for the organization. Sessions
