Sandra Noonan is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Just Salad, a fast-casual restaurant concept with a mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible. She is a frequent speaker on zero-waste business practices and carbon literacy.
At Just Salad, Sandra has led a groundbreaking eco-labeling program; introduced a “Climatarian” menu category; and evangelized the company’s one-of-a-kind Reusable Bowl program.
In 2021, she was named one of the Most Influential Women in Foodservice by Nation’s Restaurant News.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
