Morten Siem Lynge has since September 2020 held the position as Consul General of Denmark in Texas and Head of the Danish Water, Biogas and Environment Team in North America. This is a team of +20 advisors and senior technical advisors working on trade relations and knowledge sharing between Denmark and North America. Before taking up his current position in Houston, Morten held similar positions as Consul General in Toronto, Canada as well as Consul General in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, Mr. Lynge brings expertise from positions as Special Advisor at the Danish Ministry of Finance and as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and as Director in Monitor Deloitte Middle East. In the Middle East Morten was posted by Deloitte Nordic to bring Nordic solutions, competencies, ideas and concepts to the Middle East, focusing on environment, climate and sustainable development goals. Mr. Lynge holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and a Bachelor (HD) degree in Finance from the University of Aarhus, Denmark.Sessions
