Scott Downer is a 30 year veteran of the Solid Waste and Recycling industry. After graduating from Michigan State University he went to work for Cascade Engineering as a sales representative. Today, Scott is the managing Director of the Cart Solutions group at Cascade. He is an active member in industry organizations such as NWRA, EREF and SWANA.
