Profile

Frank M. Antonacci is a third-generation leader and the Chief Operating Officer at USA Waste & Recycling, and its affiliates. Frank has led several transformative projects including this year's, NWRA MRF of the year, The All American MRF. In addition to the company is once again the recipient of the ""2024 Best Places to Work"" award by the Hartford Business Journal. He serves as Vice Chair of the RecycleCT Foundation, was named a Waste360 “40 under 40” award recipient in 2020 and was a panelist for the Waste360 Business Leadership Forum on Recycling and Diversion trends. In 2023, Frank was awarded the Chapter Leadership Award by the National Waste & Recycling Association for his work representing the industry on legislative issues in the state of Connecticut. Frank and his wife Jessica, have two boys, Frank, and Luca.
