Steve Menoff is a Senior Vice President at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) and leads the firm’s Solid Waste Industry Consulting Group. Over the course of his thirty five year career, Mr. Menoff has held senior technical and managerial positions with both solid waste management companies including Waste Management and Chambers Development and environmental consultants including EMCON, Shaw Group and CEC. In these roles, he has been involved with the siting, design, permitting, construction, operation and environmental compliance of solid waste management facilities including landfills, transfer stations, material recovery facilities and waste to energy facilities. At CEC, Mr. Menoff is responsible for developing and coordinating the resources and capabilities to deliver consulting and engineering services to solid waste management clients. He currently serves as the Chairman of the National Waste & Recycling Association’s Landfill Institute as well as participating on the Board of Governors. He has authored numerous papers and given presentations on both the technical and business aspects of solid waste management. Mr. Menoff holds both BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in several states.Sessions
