Bob Cappadona serves as a Vice President of Casella Resource Solution team at Casella where he is responsible for the oversight of Casella's Recycling, Organics and Customer Solutions lines of businesses which include Commodity Marketing, Operations and technology & equipment for capturing new material and improving the quality of materials recovered. Bob has over 30 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, spending 25 years with Casella in various roles including oversight of Casella’s 17 Recycling Facilities. Bob's leads a team of professionals who process and market over 1,500,000 tons of recyclables and organic materials each year and is key to the implementation of Casella's long-term resource solution strategy. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Mass of Lowell.
