Beth Legg is the Product Manager at Food Rescue US. Given her previous nonprofit leadership roles in volunteer outreach, onboarding, and community-driven policy, Beth is passionate about guiding a continually evolving app that supports effective food recovery across communities in the US. Over the last few years, she has worked in the private sector with several IT teams in web-based apps, reporting and analytics, and machine learning. Beth is thrilled and honored to be part of a team committed to reducing food insecurity while simultaneously driving sustainability through the power of technology and community.
