As Vice President and Regional Manager for Recology, Steve is responsible for the achievement of short- and long-term financial and operational objectives while ensuring a high level of safety and customer service across both Oregon and Washington. He oversees 19 facilities that service 45 municipal agreements with 650 employee-owners. This includes 5 hauling facilities, 3 compost sites, the Seattle MRF, 6 transfer stations, and 4 retail stores. He is also a member of Recology’s ESOP Administrative Committee. Steve has 20 years of experience in the recycling and waste industry in both financial and operational leadership, with the last seven years at Recology. Prior to joining Recology in the Pacific Northwest, Steve also worked in the San Francisco and Portland Metro Areas in both finance and operational roles within the industry.
