Jessica Palmer is an engineering consultant currently working for Tetra Tech's Solid Waste division, specializing in air permitting and compliance for Landfill, Renewable Natural Gas, and Landfill Gas to Energy facilities. She works with clients throughout the US, and has assisted over twenty-five facilities in navigating the recent changes to NESHAP and NSPS regulatory requirements for MSW Landfills.
