Mr. Hernandez is the Executive Vice President of Progressive Environmental Services and has over 23 years of experience in the environmental field with a focus on solid waste management. His experience includes all aspects of project development, including planning, evaluation, contract negotiations, permitting, design, construction administration, public outreach, and leachate and landfill gas systems restoration and maintenance. His career commenced at the Solid Waste Authority of Puerto Rico working on the implementation of an Island wide integrated solid waste management system. In 2002, he transitioned to the private consulting industry where he assisted some of the major public and private solid waste management entities such as SWA of Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade Department of Solid Waste Management, Waste Management and Republic Services with their solid waste management needs.Sessions
