BJI LLC is the manufacturer LOK-A-BIN universal cost-effective cart gravity locks for residential carts with lock-out feature. The LOK-A-BIN can keep out wildlife and vandals from organic and other waste containers as well as recycle bins even when overfilled and fits all carts in the market. The LOK-A-BIN can be locked with user supplied pad lock or integrated push-lock to prevent intrusion and vandalism while operating as gravity lock when tilted forward.
