Rebecca Vara is an experienced sales leader with a history of developing high-performing teams in complex environments. Rebecca started her career in packaging on the procurement side, working as a project manager for a leading French cosmetic company. In 2004, she joined Berry Global and began her career in packaging sales. Throughout her time at Berry, she was promoted into various sales leadership roles, managing relationships with some of the largest consumer goods companies in the world. Rebecca joined Rehrig Pacific in 2020 as Director of Sales, drawn by her interest in Rehrig Pacific’s impact on the circular economy, sustainability, and leadership within the environmental waste industry. She currently oversees the national account sales team as Vice President of Sales, working with national haulers, providing complete solutions, including sustainable smart carts, integrated technology, and field services.Sessions
