Tracy Allensworth is continuous learner who is dedicated to serving others. Holding her MBA in HR Management, Tracy began her career in education at Portland Public Schools where she improved her understanding of how education and systems have historical impacted marginalized populations. From there, she has grown as an HR people leader and strategic partner in addressing organizational challenges and creating a culture of change at various public and private organizations. Finding a home within Waste Connections, she brings her extensive background and passion for improving the employee experience. In her new role as Director of Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity, she is working to develop sustainable strategies that translate into actionable solutions for a better future.
